A Great Success!

VRSG held its first meeting last night at the Lion’s Club Community Center. I’m proud to say that we had quite a crowd; more than we expected at about 65 people. Next time we’ll find a larger venue. In attendance at the meeting were four members of the town board; all of them except Fred Michalek. I’m really sorry Fred chose not to be there, but I understand. I think all in attendance found it informative and insightful. This is a very complex issue and very difficult to understand the nuances of the path we’re on. Hopefully the town board is now listening. The town board has indicated that their policies are widely supported by the citizens of this community; we intend to prove that this is not true.
For those of you that are reading this and willing to put yourself out there like we have, please come to the town board meetings on the first and third Thursday of the month and voice your opinion.
Tonight is one of those meetings, please make the time to be there!

Thank you VRSG for all the hard work that you are doing for our community. I am happy to see that more people are starting to take notice of a very bad business decision that our Town Board members have taken.
ReplyDeleteThis is a horrible decision that will jeopardize our safety as residents, and cost us more on insurance and it was ALL DONE BEHIND CLOSED DOORS....
