Although I don't like to be considered a follower I feel privilaged to be a part of this blog. Thanks for taking the time to do this for the citizens in the Town of Vernon. I for one appreciate your desire to make Vernon a better place to live. Keep up the great job.
ReplyDeleteI heard at last nights meeting. Fred said “Big Bend is going to contract with Vernon for 93 thousand dollars”.
ReplyDeleteThis thought just occurred to me. The one thing this Town Board has never talk about is the appraisal and how much we are going to have to pay to Big Bend. I’m not sure but let’s just say there is 1 million dollars worth of equipment and supplies (there is a least 12 thousand in soap). To make the math easy Big Bend gets 20% that would be 200 hundred thousand. So, are we not paying Big Bend to contact with us for the next two years??
And to think some people have said our Town Board has not put any thought into this!!!
